He has a particularly strong reputation in the areas of brand and corporate positioning, change management, issues and crisis management, public affairs, market expansion and marketing communications.
He is a past director of the Public Relations Institute of Australia, a former member of the Institute's mentoring committee and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Chris is a co-founder of ICON and Managing Director of the agency's Australian operations.
After spending several years building his career in print and broadcast journalism, Chris has worked for over two decades in the public relations industry, holding positions in both local and multinational agencies.
Chris has worked across most industry sectors and provided counsel and advice to many leading global brands including Coca Cola, FedEx, Goodyear, Kellogg's, Toshiba and United Airlines.
He is an active participant within the local public relations sector and has spoken at various conferences and seminars. He is a past director of the Public Relations Institute of Australia, a past member of the Institute's Registered Consultancies Group, a Fellow of the PRIA and a regular lecturer at Notre Dame University, Sydney.
